1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Slingerbag Advantage Affiliate Programme (“Programme”) operated by Framework Sports & Marketing Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible for the Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Own a Slingerbag purchased from slingerbaguk.frameworksports.com or received through the original Slinger ‘kick-starter’ program
• Complete the SureCart affiliate verification process
• Have a valid payment method that accepts GBP currency
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2.2. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate participation for any reason.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Commission Tiers:

• SILVER Tier (1-4 referrals): 4% of net sale value
• GOLD Tier (5-9 referrals): 6% of net sale value
• PLATINUM Tier (10+ referrals): 10% of net sale value

3.2. Commission Calculations:

• Commissions are calculated on the net sale price excluding VAT and shipping
• Only confirmed and paid orders qualify for commission
• Returns, refunds, and chargebacks will result in commission reversal
• Fraudulent or suspicious orders will not qualify for commission

4. Tracking and Attribution

4.1. Referral Tracking:

• 30-day cookie duration
• Last-click attribution model
• Tracking through SureCart’s platform only
• Affiliate must use their unique affiliate URL provided by SureCart

4.2. Valid Referrals:

• Customer must click through affiliate’s unique URL or use affiliate’s coupon code
• Purchase must be completed within the 30-day tracking period
• Order must be successfully paid and delivered
• Order must not violate any programme terms

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment Processing:

• Payments processed automatically through SureCart
• Monthly payment schedule
• Minimum payout threshold of £50
• 4-week minimum holding period after qualifying purchases
• Amounts below threshold roll over to next payment period

5.2. Payment Requirements:

• Valid payment information must be maintained in SureCart dashboard
• Affiliate responsible for any applicable taxes
• Affiliate responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information

6. Affiliate Coupon Codes

6.1. Coupon Benefits:

• Each affiliate receives a unique coupon code upon request
• Coupon codes provide 5% discount to end customers
• Affiliates earn their full tier commission rate on coupon sales
• Sales tracked via coupon codes count toward tier progression

6.2. Coupon Usage:

• Codes must be shared in compliance with promotional guidelines
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• Posting codes on public coupon/discount websites is prohibited
• We reserve the right to modify or deactivate coupon codes with notice

7. Promotional Materials

7.1. Requesting Materials:

• Banner images and promotional artwork must be requested via email to mark@frameworksports.com
• All promotional materials remain the property of Framework Sports & Marketing Ltd
• Materials provided may only be used for promoting Slingerbag products through this affiliate program
• We reserve the right to revoke permission to use any promotional materials at any time
• Affiliates must not modify provided promotional materials without written permission

7.2. Content Guidelines:

• Only use approved product descriptions and specifications
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationship in promotions
• Ensure all claims about products are accurate
• Follow all applicable advertising laws and regulations

7.3. Prohibited Activities:

• Making false or misleading claims
• Using offensive or inappropriate content
• Misrepresenting relationship with Slingerbag
• Copying content directly from our website without permission
• Creating unauthorized Slingerbag branded materials
• Using outdated or unauthorized promotional materials

8. Promotional Guidelines

8.1. Permitted Promotional Methods:

• Social media marketing
• Content marketing (blogs, reviews, videos)
• Email marketing to opt-in lists
• Personal website promotion
• Direct referrals

8.2. Prohibited Activities:

• Spam or unsolicited email
• Misleading or deceptive marketing
• Trademark infringement
• False advertising
• Cookie stuffing or manipulation
• Paid advertising using “Slingerbag” or similar terms as keywords
• Creating websites or URLs that include “Slingerbag” or similar terms

9. Term and Termination

9.1. Term:

• Programme membership continues until terminated
• Either party may terminate with written notice
• We may terminate immediately for violation of terms

9.2. Effects of Termination:

• Access to affiliate dashboard revoked
• Pending commissions paid according to payment terms
• All affiliate links and coupon codes become inactive
• Affiliate must cease using all Slingerbag materials

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. Usage Rights:

• Affiliates may use approved Slingerbag materials for promotion
• Must not modify Slingerbag logos or trademarks
• Must not register domains using Slingerbag trademarks
• Must respect all Slingerbag intellectual property rights

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Programme is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11.2. We are not liable for:

• Technical issues with the affiliate platform
• Lost or delayed commissions due to tracking issues
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Changes to commission rates or programme terms

12. Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Framework Sports & Marketing Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Programme.

13. Independent Contractor Status

13.1. Affiliates are independent contractors and not:

• Employees of Framework Sports & Marketing Ltd
• Agents of Framework Sports & Marketing Ltd
• Partners of Framework Sports & Marketing Ltd

14. Programme Changes

14.1. We reserve the right to:

• Modify these terms at any time
• Change commission rates with notice
• Modify or terminate the Programme
• Change tracking or payment systems
• Adjust coupon discount rates

14.2. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Historical Affiliates

15.1. Previous Programme Participants:

• May request tier consideration based on historical performance
• Must provide evidence of previous affiliate account
• Subject to verification and approval
• Must comply with current programme terms

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
