While the hopper can hold up to 144 balls, we recommend using only 72 balls at a time for optimal performance.

Your Slinger Launcher comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and parts. You can purchase an additional 12 months warranty separately. Please note that the battery and tennis balls are not covered under warranty.

Remove from packaging, fully charge the battery (RED light on charger will turn GREEN when complete), register your warranty online, and review the user manual for operating instructions. We recommend watching our quick-start video guide before first use.

Store in a dry place at room temperature (between 64°F–82°F / 18°C–28°C), away from direct sunlight. Charge the battery fully before storage and recharge every 30 days if not in use.

Battery life varies by usage – approximately 3.5 hours on low settings including oscillation, reducing to 1.5 hours at maximum speed and feed rate with oscillation and phone charging.

You can charge either with the battery inside the launcher or remove it to charge separately. The charger LED will be RED while charging and turn GREEN when complete. Never charge overnight – a full charge takes about 5 hours.

Check the remote batteries are working (blue light should show when pressed). If needed, re-sync your remote by ensuring no balls are in the launcher, switching it to “ON”, pressing the reset button once, waiting 3.5 seconds, pressing reset again, then pressing the top remote button.

Turn off the launcher immediately. Extend the elevation knob to 40 degrees and tighten. Using protective gloves, reach into the opening behind the elevation knob to access the jammed ball. Contact support if you need assistance.

First ensure the battery is fully charged (all 4 lights should be green), check the remote control is working (blue light should show when pressed), and verify there are no ball jams. The launcher must be turned on using the remote control for safety reasons.

You can return your Slinger within 28 days of receipt. Package securely with a note explaining the return reason and send to our Hampshire address. We recommend using a tracked service as you’re responsible for the return until we receive it.
